1. Order Processing Time

Our warehouse team completes order verification, product quality inspection, accessory confirmation and professional packaging procedures within 1–3 business days after your order is officially confirmed. Weekends and local statutory holidays are excluded and will not be counted as working processing days.

During holiday promotions, flash sales and peak shopping seasons, the sharp increase in order volume may slow down daily processing efficiency and cause minor delays. We will proactively send email notifications to customers once significant processing delays occur, keeping you updated on real-time order progress.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated according to the actual weight, package dimensions and final shipping destination of your order. All specific shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, achieving fully transparent pricing.

Once your luggage order passes final quality inspection and is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email that includes your exclusive tracking number and official logistics inquiry access.

Tracking data will not be instantly available after shipment. Due to universal logistics platform data synchronization rules, complete real-time tracking information and parcel transit status will be updated and queryable within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for double-checking and confirming the accuracy, completeness and deliverability of shipping addresses, postal codes and recipient contact details during checkout.

STEMBRIDGE EMMANUEL RAMON accepts no liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any package returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require additional customer-borne reshipping fees for secondary delivery services.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your luggage parcel is missing or untraceable during international transit, please reach out to our customer support team with your valid order number within 7 days following the expected delivery date. We will initiate a formal logistics investigation with the carrier promptly.

Damaged Items:

If your luggage products arrive with structural damage, broken hardware accessories, fabric scratches or compromised packaging upon receipt, please submit an after-sales ticket within 48 hours of delivery. Clear, unedited photos of both damaged merchandise and original outer packaging are required for verification. Our team will assess the issue and deliver reasonable solutions efficiently.

6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice

Each luggage and bag product is equipped with material-specific care guidelines. Proper daily usage, regular cleaning and scientific storage methods can effectively avoid premature wear, deformation and fading, extending the overall service life of your luggage items.

STEMBRIDGE EMMANUEL RAMON is not responsible for product damage, wear, structural failure or accessory breakage caused by overloading, rough handling, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification or personal misuse of products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance taxes and other administrative fees imposed by local customs authorities of the destination country. All such additional charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees.
